Chaplain Walters, PA Wing Chaplain, forwarded the attached letter from Ch. Lt. Col. Final Reminder: Northeast Chaplain Region Staff College, 24-28 May 2010

Dear Chaplains and CDIs:

Chaplain Walters wishes to encourage all Chaplains and CDIs to plan ahead and preregister to attend the upcoming Northeast Chaplain Region Staff College, 24-28 May.  Information and registration forms can be accessed on the PAWG Chaplain's Blog at http://pennsylvaniawingchaplain.blogspot.com/.

Please note that the deadline for receipt of registration forms and checks is no later than 5 May.

The theme will be "Equipping the Chaplain Corps for Emergency Ministry".  Training will be provided in the following areas:

• Emergency Service & Incident Command System
• Aerospace Education
• Compliance Inspection
• Professional Development
• Mentorship of Chaplains and CDI's
• Changes in Chaplaincy
• Cadet Programs

Anyone who has access to a CAP van that may be used for travel to the Staff College, please contact Chaplain Walters as soon as possible.

Important Billeting Information for NERCC Staff College

Wing Chaps,

 

Attached file is additional letter that must go out to Chaplain Corps Personnel, in regards to the Staff College.  This year, all personnel must pay for their billeting themselves in addition to the $65 registration fee.

 

If you have not sent out your registration forms and welcome letter, you may do so now and add this letter to package.

 

We will talk about this on the wing conference call on Monday....Blessings
